Mediterranean

Under Mediterranean cooking I’ve included North African and Middle Eastern recipes as well as European recipes that have a Mediterranean flair.  While it’s hard to argue that Italy is a Mediterranean country, unless  they involve seafood I tend to group them with other European recipes.
